Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the online shop of WieselsWelt.
2. Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with WieselsWelt, owner Vassilios Tsanakis, Kochstraße 16, 14612 Falkensee, Deutschland.
3. Conclusion of contract
Product listings are not binding offers. You can place items in the cart and review or correct your entries before ordering. By clicking “Place binding order with PayPal” you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by email after successful payment.
4. Prices and shipping
The prices shown at the time of ordering apply. Transactions are VAT exempt under Section 19 UStG and VAT is not shown separately. Shipping costs shown at checkout are charged unless free shipping is indicated.
5. Payment
Payment is made via PayPal. An order is processed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address entered at checkout within Germany. Delivery times are shown on the product and before ordering.
7. 3D-print characteristics
Some products are made using 3D printing. Minor layer lines, surface variations or small color deviations may occur due to the production process and do not constitute a defect if ordinary or agreed use is not impaired.
8. Customized goods
The statutory right of cancellation may be excluded for goods made according to an individual selection or specification where the legal requirements are met. Producing a standardized item only after an order is placed does not automatically remove the right of cancellation.
9. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Statutory warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Contract language and contract text
The contract can be concluded in German or English depending on the selected shop language. Essential order data is also provided by email.
12. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
