Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us at WieselsWelt, Vassilios Tsanakis, Kochstraße 16, 14612 Falkensee, Deutschland, email info@wieselswelt.de, by means of a clear statement (for example by letter or email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving notice of cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion for customized goods

The right of cancellation does not apply where the statutory requirements for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods are met. Production only after ordering does not automatically mean that the right of cancellation is excluded.
